I'm still working on the game, it's not dead!
I'm still waiting on a reply on my ticket about the game, and I've had some contact with Leafo the site owner.
But from the list of suspended games, it seems my ticket is not very high up the queue, or they are ignoring me while figuring out what to do. It's not looking good I guess for Max the Elf on Itch.
Even if I can't get back on itch, I will keep working on the game. You can see my updates on my Twitter/X page

Besides that the game is still available for download on my Patreon page like it always has been. I always posted early access updates on Patreon on the €15 tier.
If I can't get back on Itch I might make a new tier with the public demo.

Thanks for updating us, it is what it is I guess. Sad that people can't just let others do their thing without feeling the need to control it all.
Some devs seem to be moving to Saikey. Maybe an option if you’d like a formal store release?
In such a case, also maybe try pitching the game to places like DLsite, GOG, IndieGala, Kagura Games, Jast USA, MangaGamer and/or Zoom Platform?

So spend double money? Max the Elf v4.13-v5.03 (itch [me]) and for patreon v5.13+? Just because the site Operator... strike it out?
It's not something new I added after getting suspended on Itch:
The Patreon release/version has always been the newest update. It always gave early access and gives more rewards than here on itch. The support price/tier on Patreon always existed already.

Knowing the fact they are targeting games with LGBTQIA+ content even if its SFW... I wish you best of luck.
They are probably on as much drugs as whatever is going on with Roblox's CEO.
That's why I created newgrounds account 2 days ago, and will probably use it more
yes that's a good idea because you can post games on newgrounds that can be downloaded

You probably don't have an Idea for us that has bought the game if it will still be available for us once full release hits?
The demo on itch was free, there was the option to donate to show support but it was indeed not a deal to get the game on release. Sorry.
