Can you do a platformer version like Kincaid? your game is cool, but needs more exploration of the map without limitations "freeroam" and more challenges from the map, you game is basically enemies fight and the map don't have much to do, i like open world with exploration and this in your game will be fantastic, you can use the animations in your upgrade with map exploration and freeroam. "Sorry for my english".
They are still working on it through patreon it looks like. Level 5 on its way. Here is what they said:
I think we will have a playable version of level 5 out in february! There was also a delay on the music from our music artist, but it should be done this month. I expect we will have 3 or 4 enemies working. The full level with the boss fight will take a bit longer, my guess is after summer to have the entire level complete with the Fae bossfight.

Level 3 literally isn't possible to fast, max walks too slows and the tentacles are can't be dodged.
stay still till the the 3rd and 4th tentacles come and jump over them then go forward
